- No passwords are stored — authentication is via API key only

- Page views, referral sources, and device information collected via Google Analytics
- This data is anonymized and aggregated
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Diamond AI service
- Monitor API usage and enforce rate limits

- API keys are hashed using SHA-256 — we do not store plaintext keys

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Analytics — Website analytics and traffic measurement. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Mailgun — Transactional email delivery for API key registration and service notifications.
We do not use any advertising networks or sell data to advertisers.
5. Cookies
Diamond AI uses only the cookies required by Google Analytics to measure website traffic. We do not use:
- Authentication or session cookies (API key auth does not use cookies)
- Tracking cookies from advertising networks
- Third-party targeting or remarketing cookies
You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use tools like Google Analytics Opt-Out to prevent analytics collection.
6. Data Retention
- API usage logs are retained for 90 days and then automatically purged
- Account data (name, email, API key hash) is retained until you request deletion
- Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ default retention settings
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us
- Opt out of Google Analytics tracking via browser settings or the GA opt-out extension
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
