1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Diamond AI website (diamond.champlinenterprises.com) or API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Diamond AI is a statistical MLB prediction platform operated by Champlin Enterprises. The service provides:

• MLB game outcome predictions based on statistical models
• Historical accuracy data and performance metrics
• REST API access for programmatic prediction retrieval
• Team and pitcher analytics

4. API Usage

Diamond AI offers API access across three tiers:

• Free — Limited requests per day for evaluation purposes
• Pro — Higher rate limits and additional endpoints for individual use
• Enterprise — Custom rate limits, priority support, and redistribution rights

API keys are non-transferable and must not be shared. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing API data is prohibited without an Enterprise agreement. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for usage that exceeds fair use or violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Diamond AI prediction model, algorithms, trained weights, methodology, Elo rating system, Pitcher Power Index, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Champlin Enterprises.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to recreate the prediction model or any component thereof. API output may be used in accordance with your subscription tier but may not be used to train competing models.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Predictions generated by Diamond AI are statistical estimates based on historical data and mathematical models. They are not guarantees of future outcomes.

Historical accuracy metrics (including backtested and live performance data) reflect past performance and do not guarantee future results. Diamond AI is not liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, incurred based on our predictions.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend API keys at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Abuse or misuse of the API
• Exceeding rate limits or fair use thresholds
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Unauthorized redistribution of prediction data
• Attempts to reverse-engineer the prediction model

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diamond AI and Champlin Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Any predictions, data, or content provided by the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the service

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Diamond AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
